DETAILS: Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp has offered gracious hospitality for the Urban Servant Corps 30th Anniversary reunion gathering. Food and cabin lodging will be covered in exchange for a day of service at the camp. (READ: this is a cost-free trip!!) Projects could be as basic as helping with general maintenance (wood chipping & spreading, raking, painting, etc.) and as complicated as a cabin remodel project. Family friendly projects will be available and childcare will be provided for babies and toddlers. We will gather as an Urban Servant Corps group for community time on Friday evening and Sunday morning. This weekend is intended to be a true celebration of the values of Urban Servant Corps – being in the midst of our renunioned alumni community, offering service, connecting with simplicity through the beauty of creation, and joining for fellowship and worship at Rainbow Trail, a dear partner in ministry. You won’t want to miss it! All the cool kids will be there!
